Discovering the 'in-laws'

:: Shimmering from the hospital to the park. Cole wondered if any of the Charmed spawn had sensed the new Source and his presence. He looked at his nails, and stood in the shadows, hoping someone would arrive and he may be able to get off onto some kind of footing.

Sighing deeply, he was a little bored to be honest. But then again, he had visited the hospital and Prue's tomb. Memories of his once uncomplicated existance following orders bubbled, but he soon forgot them, knowing his new position was more than that by a long way.

Hearing a noise, he stepped back further, sensing magic in the air... ::

::She was walking by looking at the floor thinking when she heard something::

"Hello?"

::Alexis said looking around::

Cole

:: Cole stepped out, seeing a young girl. She was too young, and yet, he sensed the Charmed Ones about her. Smiling as he stepped out, he guessed she might not know who he was ::

"Hello there little one."

::Alexis smiled and looked at him and said::

"Heya who might you be?"

:Sshe asked still smiling::

"My name is Cole Turner, little lady, how about you?"

:: He knelt down, completely open with his actions because he didn't want to scare her ::

::Alexis looked at him smiling and said::

"Alexis Matthews-Mitchell"

:: She continued to look at him his name sounded familiar to hi but she didnt say anything::

Cole

"Matthews-Mitchell? So you have an Aunt Phoebe and an Aunt Piper, yes? I'm a friend of your Aunt Phoebe, y'see."

:: He explained simply, and was glad to know which of the Charmed spawn he had met. So Paige had at least one child. Two if you counted the one mown down by Krista in the park. And of course Piper would have Wyatt and Chris - and the girl he had seen in the kitchen. Melinda, he had heard her be named ::

"Yep"

::Alexis said smiling::

"You seem like a very nice person Mr Turner"

::Alexis said sweetly she didnt really care about talking to strangers even though her mother always told her to becareful and NEVER talk to strangers Alexis never listened to the good things she always listened to the bad::

Cole

:: He smiled and nodded ::

"So do you Miss Matthews-Mitchell. You seem very nice indeed. You remind me of your aunts very much."

:: Cole held out a hand ::

"I think your mom might be a little worried if she knew you were out here alone. How about I take you to the Manor - your Aunt Piper's house, hmm?"

::Alexis smiled at Cole and said::

"Thanks so much, she knows Im here dont worry Ill be fine thanks though"

::Alexis added nodding and smiling::

"Okay, I was just surprised. Your family always seemed... overprotective of young ones."

:: He stood, pushing himself up though still bent down, so he wasn't towering over her ::

::Alexis looked at Cole and said::

"Yeah they still are overprotective of us.. but I don't really bother cos I can defend myself...I never listen to them well because they keep on talking and talking for ages with their speeches they are able to make 5 bibles each"

::Alexis said humorously and laughing::

:: Laughing a little, Cole's eyes shone with amusement. So, Paige's daughter was a sparky little thing. Nice. He stood up to stretch his back, then bent his knees again to talk to Alexis ::

"You can already defend yourself? That's impressive, you know, for one so short."

:: His voice was playfully teasing, he hoped the humour wouldn't go over her head, but there was a possibility ::

::Alexis looked at him and laughed slightly and then said::

"Yep yep I got my first power at a very young age actually, when I was one years old, not a very ideal age for a trouble maker"

::Alexis said with a grinned smile, she had a smile and laugh just like Paige's, her personality was a bit like hers as well as people usually said that to her even though she gives her a very hard time::

"Wow!"

:: Genuine interest was in hs voice, and he smiled easily ::

"I got mine early too, since I was born really."

:: He admitted to her, leaving out the fact that he was half demon, and that was the reason. Wyatt had had his then, so he hoped he would have no reason to explain ::
